Push pins

I have a 2022 Ram, and the dealer had to replace my passenger side speaker. When I got home I was cleaning the door panel and noticed the bottom of the panel was not holding. I looked underneath and the push pins seem fine but are not holding. Is there anything special you have do to to them or are they just broke? They don’t look broke.

Give it a slap in the area and see if it engages.
