Purchased 2021 Limited…options missing!

I purchased a 2021 Limited almost fully loaded. Missing Multi Function Tailgate and tech group. However my mirrors wouldn’t fold in. I brought it to dealer and they said I had the wrong modules in my truck “prob because of shortages” so they ordered new ones. They were able to get one mirror to close and open by hooking it up directly to the computer. My concern is what else could be missing? Anyone had an issue like this? I am coming from a POS 2018 fully loaded GMC Sierra but had a 2014 Ram. Should have never left RAM.

that actually seems like a super annoyingly petty thing to leave off, look i can live without mine having the used to be standard BSM Sensors, but its all the little more thoughtful creature comforts that give the ram that more luxury feeling compared to other pickups.
oh well i suppose.
