Wondering if anyone with a Pulsar (under hood) on their 5.7 has had the p2127 for ETC Low Voltage popping up. I've had one in that I got second hand for about a month and removed once for an oil change and the abs software recall at the dealer.
Today, driving normally suddenly a bunch of warning messages came up about parksense, abs, etc, and stability control.
I suspected the pulsar immediately. I cleared the other codes and let it sit. Fired it back up, all clear except the p2127 stored as permanent.
I've since removed the pulsar and am letting it sit again. Will see what happens.
Truck was driving fine, though I liked it in Eco mode MDS off and under heavy throttle it felt like it was misfiring a little bit. Perhaps that was the throttle input being muddled by the pulsar. I know Eco mode isn't meant for heavy throttle but sometimes you need to pass or merge and don't think to change modes.
*Edit for future reference
After driving around without it for a bit the code cleared. I guess I might have a bum pulsar. Not risking putting it back on.
