I believe the manufacturer has made that impossible without special equipment.
Seek out the programming instructions and you will see what is required.

You need to go to the dealer. One of my fobs was broken when I bought the truck so the dealer replaced it. They needed to plug in a module into the truck and program the key. It didn't take long, but not something you can do

Went to Dealer $245 programed and key cut.
Not bad if you say it fast $245
