Problems with sirius and autodim lights

Just purchased black edition 2020 limited ram. Sirius presets not saving, was on phone with sirius for 2 hours. Also autodim lights not activating nor will the parking lights work(all lights on in this mode), and when turning the light wheel to full brightness the interior lights will not come on. Headed back to dealer today, very frustrating after spending 73,000 dollars on a truck

Presets are an easy fix. You need to create a profile on your radio. Actually a nice feature. When my wife drives the truck she has her own profile with her own presets.

Lights definitely a dealer issue.

Created a profile, the problem is all the correct stations come in but up in the right corner above album art the channel displays 1 on all channels
