Hello all, so over the past few months occasionally my back two side windows won’t work and my rear sliding window but the front 2 always work. I took into service and they ordered a new motor and two switches for the side windows but that still didn’t fix it. I had to take it back before they could fix it and so I’m bringing back later this week. The tech seems to think it may he a lose wire somewhere so he will have to take apart the door panels. I also did a test where I went over a steep speed bump and it worked after. So my question is, is there somewhere I could look myself to possibly fix it. It’s a 2022 ram 1500

I can comment on rear slider.

If the motor is clearly trying to work but window seems jammed, ita likelu off track / needs dry spray lubricant. I used 2 methods.

If you have long arms or can get help, from back aeat activate the switch while you push/pull in that direction.

Another time I noticed a cord/rubber piece bowing in the window... I applied gwntle force to slide the window to eliminate the bow. Once i did that, the the motor worked the window.

Applying dry ailicone lubricant spray seems to have remedied the rear window.

That method worked with my prior 2004 F150 rear slider.

I also applied lubricant to power moon roof before any apparent issue.

Good luck.
