Power stutter/hesitation at highway speeds.

Just finished a 2500 mile weeklong road trip. Early in the trip had this stutter happen on the highway once (At least notices once) Yesterday while driving 8 hours (35 gallon tank) realized the stutter happens every hour - exactly 60 minutes apart.
Noted engine start time today - drove another 4 hours with the stutter occurring exactly 60 minutes after engine start and every 60 minutes after that.
Seems like a computer issue ?
