Are they new, or used?
New Mopar power step. False alarm boys. I installed the Mopar bed lights at the same time and had a loose pin which indicated an open door. This disabled the passenger side step. Double checked my work, tightened the loose pin and presto. No more open door and power steps are working. I will flash the computer when the programmer arrives. A note of caution when depinning, be gentle as the pins are easily damaged.
