Power steering

I recently bought a 2019 ram 1500. Everything was great until the other day it wouldn't start and all warning lights came on. I checked the batter terminal the positive was loose as I went to tighten it it gave off a small spark. I didn't think anything of it. The truck now starts fine but the service power steering light is on. Have I shorted it out or what could of happened? Sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum

Make sure the power steering fluid is level. If it is, you can check for any problem codes with a hand scanner.

Some problems have been resolved by disconnecting the battery for a longer period of time.

How do you reset the ram computer?

Trying to reset the computer. I left the negative cable off all night but it didn’t reset. It must be drawing power from something. Anyone know how to reset it?
