Power seats problem

I have. 2021 ram rebel and yesterday I went to the dealer trying to fix my power seats because I need to get out of the truck to adjust it and they said it have a weight limit… I was trying to see if all have the same problems I’m 6,0 280 pounds @RamCares

They are full of it. I'm 320 and mine works fine.

Sit in a truck on their lot and adjust the seat, if it works ask them if they have different weight limits.
