Power Running Boards Design Flaw

Found a major fault here, they’re scrapping the bottom of the cab and scratching the boards and the body, totally missing the rubber stopper

I'm not so sure it is a design flaw. Might be an installation/alignment issue. I have the oem power running boards and mine are not doing that.

I'll add that to the pre-delivery checklist. Those who have this issue need to get to the dealer so FCA can be made aware of it and take corrective actions.

Same here. No issues.

Mine do not do that. They don't even touch when retracted. Time to hit up the dealer.

Did this come factory installed or did you add them after?

You dont even know what you're talking about how about new truck gets delivered, after some research and looking it seems whoever transported it might have bottomed it out, but had an original assumption

You were a GM owner, so I wont even waste my time with it
