Popping and Static Playing via USB - and projection off

2019 Ram 2500 Uconnect 12 bought 10/22

turn off phone projection and try to play music via usb and itunes .
there is popping and static throughout the speaker system .
I was able to duplicate this problem on a different truck . tried different phones and cables . Same problem .
