POA82 Code 2023 1500 Hemi Etorque

Has anyone else had the issue of the check engine light coming on with code POA82 (hybrid battery cooling fan stuck off)? Took it to the dealer 2 weeks ago, said it needed a software update. Ok....2 weeks later, it is back again! Gonna take it in again tomorrow.. Grrrrrrr!!@$%#@!

Update......Bad 48V Hybrid Battery Pack! 8 months old and 11k miles! 100% covered by warranty! 3k out of pocket if not.
