Plug located above rear license plate

Hi do anyone know what this part is called I went to the dealership for some warranty work and I just noticed this plug missing it’s been over a month I’m sure they will deny having not reinstalled it.

I went out and looked at my 2019. I don't have anything there at all. No hole, no plug.

If they moved the spare crank, this is it

Naw my spare crank is lower and the cover is installed

I have that same hole in mine. 2024 Laramie. I think its normal honestly. Just happened to see that the other day because I was hoping to put a LED light bar there, but its plastic, and not flat.
