Phone ringer volume extreme!!!

Since installing a small DSP kicker amp in my 2021 I've experienced ear splitting phone ringer volume. In the past I've been able to adjust it and it would keep the setting but no longer so. I have searched the forum and saw where some people had trouble while connected via cable to the head unit but mine is happening over bluetooth since the amp install. Suggestions?

I have the same issue. Seems like it has always happened, but much worse with all my speakers amplified which makes sense. You can turn volume down at the right moment, but then mine reverts back too. My radio even replaced under warranty, but does the same. I have a U4 8.4 and considering upgrading, anyone else seen this? Any fix?

2019 Longhorn 12" Uconnect HK system, and the ringer volume is completely obnoxious. I hope someone has an answer.

Would like to know too how to keep the volume settings permanent.
