Passive entry

2019 Laramie Passive entry not working on the driver side. I just purchased a new door handle from the dealer same result. I am able to open the tailgate by walking up to it but the door I am not. ( not able to check the passenger door because the door is from a big horn)

Check the cap next to the door handle for the magnet. The magnet must be there for passive entry to work
