Parts availability - COVID

Anyone have a service department who can't seem to get parts in? I have been waiting on an axle (replaced under warranty) for over a month. The date keeps getting pushed back. Parts/Service Dpt said they got hit really bad in August with parts taking forever to come in. I ordered a Challenger and got it in 4 weeks (last month).....been longer than that waiting on an axle.

I've been waiting for months for a trailer brake controller under warranty. The latest they said is maybe October.
