Part ordering confusion

I have a 2021 Ram 1500 3.0 ecodiesel with the 235mm ZF rear end, limited slip with a 3.92 gear ratio. 67,000 miles I’ve checked on mopar for a new axle shaft, as the bearing has chewed part of it, causing some awful noise. When I looked up the rear right axle shaft, it shows multiple options and does not indicate any difference between them. Part numbers are as follows:

All of them say they fit. I can’t put the vin in anywhere because I suppose it was manufactured in the US and sold in Canada. These three part numbers are all for right axle shafts, and it doesn’t give me any info regarding which differential they would be installed in. Any ideas?
