Anyone know the part number or where online I can purchase these white plastic fasteners? I'm not close to a dealership at the moment.

This is one possibility. Pop it out and go browse at the store.

Or check at the nearest mom-n-pop hardware store. San Dimas Ace Hardware has a pretty good assortment of stuff like that if you know where to look, or ask.
