Part number for chrome mirror cap?

I'm trying to repair some damage to my 2021 1500 driver mirror, and I need a new chrome mirror cap. Unfortunately the Mopar site lists several mirror caps that look correct, but they don't say anything about them being chrome or painted. For example, part number 6RP45GW7AA looks correct but the site doesn't say how its finished. If you search for left mirror cap you get basically the same diagram/description for several different part numbers.

Does anyone know which part is correct?
