Panel lights dark Ram Limited

I just purchased my Ram and the first 2 days when I would unlock and Lock my panel would light up, now it is black. How do I get it back?

There are 2 rotary dials on the left of steering wheel. The right one should adjust brightness.

It does adjust, but I wanted it to light up when I unlocked the vehicle as it was black

It may be the horizontal dimmer knob doing it as well. (Pg ~76 of owners manual. Courtesy Lights)

INTERIOR LIGHTS Courtesy Lights Courtesy and dome lights are turned on when the front doors are opened, when the dimmer control (rotating wheel on the bottom of the switch) is rotated to the far right detent position. If your vehicle is equipped with Remote Keyless Entry, and the unlock button is pushed on the key fob, the courtesy and dome lights will turn on.

Thank you for your help, but i have 2 dials not a horizontal one. I know I am missing something very simple but I guess I will figure it out one of these days.
