I'm sure this has been discussed in great detail, but it just happened to me, so I thought I'd share to help anyone else who has to deal with it. Filled the DEF tank at the truck stop I always use, but made the mistake of topping it off. Within 20 miles, the engine light came on, and the gauge still hadn't moved, which is not uncommon (fortunately, the death countdown hadn't started yet). I used JScan and found the P203E code, then read about what it meant. I dumped a bottle of Rislone cleaner into it and figured it would eventually sort itself out. After a week and 375 miles later, the gauge finally started creeping up, then popped all the way to full. I was able to clear the code, and the engine light went off and stayed off, so all is well. It's still one of the best vehicles I've ever owned, and I'm going to miss it when I retire and move to France next summer.
