I noticed an extra whine in my engine (5.7L etorque). I got home opened the hood saw a leak and took it in immediately. There was no check engine light or code being thrown. Pep boys replaced my water pump. They checked with Ram to verify the issue. Side note I uploaded a short video of the leak to Gemini A.I. It came up with the same conclusion. I got the truck back with the check engine light but figured it would clear on its own after driving a few miles. It didn’t I had AutoZone run the obd and it threw the P0A92 hybrid generator not working properly (basically).pcm not communicating with MGU. But the truck is running perfectly fine 12v voltage is good no issues that I have noticed and I’ve driven at least 700 miles for work since getting it back. I’m taking it back to Pep Boys tomorrow morning. Does anybody have any advice or have dealt with this themselves? I want to go in with as much knowledge as possible so I do not get bamboozled. Any help appreciated.

If its 12V at a stop light thats normal. 14.9 at start up and moving also normal.
Less than 12 isnt good.
Possibly a battery on its way out?

I’m crawling on the interstate in Atlanta currently and it’s at 13.6 stays right around 13.5 or 13.6 whenever I’m driving. I could change the battery that would be nice if that was what it was.
