P0305 misfire

Anyone want to suggest the order of things to try and remedy this? Thought I'd start with a new injector. Screenshot_20201003-190405.png

Move the coil pack from 5 to another cylinder and move the spark plugs to a third. Then clear codes and drive until it sets again. If it followed the plugs or the coil, it's pretty easy. If it stayed with cylinder 5 then it's a compression problem or an injector problem. Compression can also mean a bad lifter or something where it doesn't breathe in enough air. So you'll get a weak cylinder yet it will pass a standard compression test.

Is this not under warranty?

Drive line warranty is 5 years 60K miles IIRC. Emissions, that misfire could come under, is 80K?
