I’ve been adding mods since I first bought this 2020 Big Horn Built To Serve new. I’ve done a whole lot the last few weeks and figured it was time to make a post. All work was done myself.

List of Mods:
SUSPENSION:
•Bilstein 6112s set at 8th ring with 1/2in spacer in front
•Bilstein 5160s in rear
•Zone Off Road UCAs
•Clayton 2.5in rear springs for a Gladiator (originally had the 1.5in Icons but they do not give 1.5 and sag with the bed rack/tent.)
•Suspension Maxx front sway bar end links
•Freedom Off Road adjustable rear track bar
•Mopar track bar relocation bracket (not sure if needed but figured why not)

LIGHTS
•Switch Pros SP-9100
•SDHQ Switch Pros power module mount
•SDHQ Switch Pros switch panel mount
• 8 Rigid 4in 360 series (that I wired up into a custom light bar) on roof rack. 4 driving beams (2 on each outer side) and 4 spot beams in the middle
•2 Rigid R-SRS 46 Pros mounted to Rigid a-pillar brackets in driving beam
•4 Rigid Dually HD in diffuse beam mounted to bed rack (2 in rear and 2 on sides)
•Amazon special LED rock lights and bed lights (mounted under the bed rack)
•Hours and hours spent wiring (do it right the first time and you won’t have to do it again, lol)

RACKS
•Prinsu Design Studio roof rack
•RCI Off Road bed rack (Hi-lift mount in wind side and quick fist mounts on other side for shovel and axe)

MISCELLANEOUS
•Replaced all interior lights with LED bulbs
•Borla exhaust
•Mopar TRX transmission skid plate
•Falcon Wildpeak AT3 size 285/65/20
•BORA wheel spacers
•Removed front air dam and painted recover hooks red
•ARB Simpson III roof top tent
•Pelican gun case attached to roof rack for recover gear and tools

NEEDS
•I have got to come up with a skid plate for the front end. The entire engine bay is exposed as well as the front cross member. I need to be able to slide over obstacles instead of running the cross member into them potentially causing significant damage. It also leaves the engine vulnerable to branches severing lines or getting stuck in the belts. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
•Need to figure out some rear extended bump stops. I’m not paying $300 for the Mopar ones from the 2in lift kit.
