1 inch taller than your truck sat with the new 35s and same load on it would be your basic answer, to give much more accurate of an answer would require exact measurements of the tires you’re putting on vs the tires you have on currently along with an exact measurement of the height of the highest point of the truck as it sits now.
Remember only half the diameter of the tire (35 for current/37 proposed) is below the axle, thus affecting the ride height so any difference in ride height would be 1/2 the difference in the diameter of the tire, going from 32s to 44s is a huge difference in tire size but assuming the same lift is only going to make 6in difference in height of the truck, this also explains why when you see something like a mud truck or “monster truck” being transported and it has normal sized tires on it (like 30s) it’s still way up high and the tires look itty bitty lol
