Outer Tie Rod Jam nut Torque Specs

Hello All,

Can anyone tell me what the torque spec is for the jam nut on the outer tie rod? See circled area in the picture. I went here 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 3.6L Front End Torque Specs| Dodge Specs and BDS\Fox instructions but it doesn't say. Does it just need to be tightened as best you can and there is no torque spec?

Outer tie-rod jam nut is 66 ft pounds for original equipment.
