OT: quick simple question

Does anyone know what setting I have to click in order to not receive alerts from a reply to a thread? I only want to be alerted when I get quoted and if the post is liked. Not if a reply has been made without a quote.

Should be able to click unwatch thread. But remember not everyone quotes with their reply
