ORG suspension difference

Is there a difference in ride or suspension components of the ORG option vs standard? I understand that it sits 1" higher but is this only due to the factory presetting the air to level 2? I want an ORG truck but extremely rare to find. The additional under armor seems like it can be easily retrofitted if needed.

Straight from the web configurator:

275/55R20 OWL All-Terrain Tires
Electronic Locking Rear Axle
Front Extra-Heavy-Duty Shock Absorbers
Front Suspension Skid-Plate
Fuel Tank Skid-Plate
Full-Size Spare Tire
Hill-Descent Control
"Off-Road" Decals
Off-Road Information Pages
Rear Extra-Heavy-Duty Shock Absorbers
Steering Gear Skid-Plate
Transfer-Case Skid-Plate

I highlighted a few things related to ride/suspension. The ORG includes a lot for the money.

it rides awesome, and has HD shocks

It has HD shocks, but the coils are where most of the additional lift comes from.

Dangit. I guess I'll have to hold out until I can find a truck with ORG.

Just got my '21 Limited with ORG today. It has 4 Air suspension settings, instead of 5. Just 1 of those is the dedicated off-road setting. Must be from the factory lift it gets with that group I believe.
