I have the OPT7 sidekick running board with warning mode. There’s an issue every time I step on the brakes there’s a quick pulse in them and then when I release the break, there’s a complete dropout for about five seconds.
OPT7 has no phone number for you to contact them through. They only do it through email trying to get a phone number or even have them call me is impossible to keep on asking for information that I have given them. They won’t answer the question which is simple is this the way the product is supposed to perform.
If this is the way they want to do business I will never do business with them again and you should think about doing business with them in the first place.
