I've had my 2020 Big Horn for 3 weeks now. 800 miles on her. Love this truck. Only complaint was the auto brakes were way too sensitive. It slammed on the brakes 3 times while backing out of my driveway. I turned them off & still have the camera & the sensors. That's fine for me. Other than that this is the best truck I've ever owned. I've had 2 Chevrolet's & 2 Ram's in my lifetime. My 2013 Ram was a very dependable truck as well. It was just lacking in technology. If this 2020 stays relatively problem free, Ram will have a loyal customer for life !

Seems like pretty much everyone has this issue. Glad you figured out to just turn off the braking part in the settings

Yeah it threw me off the first time it did it to me. Just backing out the boys daycare has a decent incline for driveway locked it up backing out. A few moms were looking at me like I was a crazy o_O. After the third time I had to find a way to turn it off.

First time mine did it when it picked up the sidewalk at work and locked up the brakes, I thought I had hit the pole that was off to one side, which I knew was well out of my way. Has been turned off since then. Aside from that, my only real complaint, really more of an annoyance, is that the volume and channel controls should be reversed on the back of the steering wheel. My last truck was like that and it seems more convenient as I usually drive with my left hand on the side of the wheel. If I want to change the volume, I might as well just reach the extra 4" to the knob. I will be pulling the wheel and switching them one

Yea, mine did that a couple of times since I've owned it due to a change in elevation on a driveway when backing up.

turned my front and back off after 3rd day of owning hasnt been on since

It has happened to me a coupe of times. Since the auto-braking has saved me once, I will be keeping it on.

It has happened to me unexpectedly as well, but really only twice in countless reverses. It startles me, but more startles my wife who says "Why did you do that?". Then I have to explain to her why it did that for which there is no explanation. Now it also does it correctly so I leave it on.

thanks man ill try and figure that out

you know you can turn off the auto brake feature and leave the front and rear sensors on for parking and other things. still dings and beeps at you but won't auto engage the brakes. options are in the uconnect system.
