Offset wheels vs mud flaps

Hello
I need a little more stance looking on a 2022 stock rebel, what's my best bet? I will reuse OEM tires, only wheels swapping.
I was told both -12mm and -18mm offset wheels will rub mud flap, I have weather tech flap.
Even 2 inch wheel spacers with OEM wheels will rub mud flap too?
I am not doing a lift or leveling for now.
Any idea will be appreciated

Not sure on the true answer but I’ve got 1.5” wheel spacers and 275/60r20 Ridge Grapplers that hardly rub the very inside of my Mopar splash guards which I believe protrude a bit more than yours.
