Offset change and tire size

I'm planning to replace the factory 22x9 rims (+19 offset) on my 21 limited night edition with Fuel 20x9s +1 offset. I don't plan to level the truck, will I be able to run 33x12.5x20 tires? Also, what is a fair price for the used rims and tires (Cooper AT3 4S, approx 11k miles)?

im very interested in this set up also , and worried about the rubbing along with how it drives. my other thought was droppign back to 295x55x20
