I guess I'm gonna email the GM from the dealership I purchased my truck from and see if we can work something out.

UPDATE: My dealership was given the ok by FCA to correct the springs on my BTS, however the 0249 springs are on significant backorder. Does anyone know if that is the most current update part # for the front springs? Does anyone have an updated part number for the rear springs?

0250AC was reported earlier.

Sorry if I'm confused, but it looks like my BTS has 68320250AC front springs and 68262592AC rear shocks. Which ones are those? From the floor, I measure 37.5/39.5".
Can you get the part number of your rear springs please?

Just did some measuring...I have the correct front and rear green tag ORP shocks. I have the 0237AB front springs and from center of wheel to edge of fender is 21.5". My rear springs end in 80AB and my rear measurement is 24".

So your shocks are correct but your springs are wrong?

In other news, taking a break from spring-gate, I installed Go Rhino RB20s on my BTS to replace the oem black running boards today. I wanted something that was closer to the body of the truck. They are a bit wider than the oem boards which sometimes when getting out I would miss. I went with the bedlined ones from carid and they match the Technical Gray wheels pretty well.

So your shocks are correct but your springs are wrong?

Yes, I have the correct shocks but the wrong springs. This brings me to a couple important questions that are besides the fact that I didn't get the 1" factory lift that I paid for...(1) how will it effect the ORP shocks using springs that are shorter than the ones they are supposed to be paired with, and (2) is the payload capacity on the sticker on my truck my actual payload with the wrong springs that are on it, or is that the payload for with the springs that my truck is supposed to have?

Those are very good questions that you have and I totally agree. My dealership so far has been excellent throughout this whole process, im just hoping that they can obtain the proper springs fast.

I've been trying to contort myself to be able to read the label. My left rear spring doesn't seem to have any label at all and the label on the right side appears to be all the way at the top. I am trying, though.

Same issue here. I’ll try again.
