Off-Roading in 2019 Ram 1500

Hello, I have a quick question on off roading in the Ram 1500 Big horn. Is it ok to go on relatively easy off road trails without steep incline or decline ? Also does it handle well if I were to take it on silver lake sand dunes in Michigan? It is a 2019 1500 big horn and it does not have the off road package. I did purchase the ram rebel tires though for this reason but I do not have any lift or suspension upgrades.

Hard to say. Your truck wasn’t built for Baja, so I’d be a bit conservative. It also doesnt have any under body protection

I have no first hand experience but my buddy uses his 2wd 2500 suburban as a people shuttle at the dunes. He uses his 4x4 2011 GMC 1500 for getting up the inclines etc.
