Off road package difference?

Can someone tell me the height difference from off road package 4x4 to regular 4x4? I was told the off road package is 1 inch higher than regular 4x4. If this is true, What are they using on the off road package to gain the inch?

The info has been beat to death on this forum. Do a search. But yes, 1” difference, using longer springs.
