The rear shock physically measures and mounts up the same on both coil or air sprung applications.
But in the front the snap ring for the coil spring perch sets much higher on the shock body than the snap ring on the air sprung shock (from what I have seen in pictures)

At 80,000 miles I am contemplating shock absorber replacement. it appears that Bilstein does not offer a stock replacement. My application is 2-wheel drive , all highway, no off-road. So my requirements are: Ride quality, handling, longevity. Should I go Mopar or is there something better?
