OEM 22" Tire Options

I just did a ridge grappler in a 305/45/22 which comes out to me 32.86x12 (which the same tire in the LT 33” is 32.78x12.5). I’ve had LT tires before and they are just so heavy and stiff, really make for a tough ride if you’re really being honest with yourself lol. I plan to do a 2” lift.
i was about to pull the trigger on a 285 55 Ridge Grap. Is 305 a different ply and stiffness? Hence why its not as a rough ride?

I have been curious how the OEM 22s on the Sports would look with offroad tires... hows the Nittos run.

Great, i did not detect a ride difference from stock and i am hyper sensitive to changes.

If anyone is looking for a set of 305/45/22 Ridge Grapplers and close to Orlando, i have two on them with 200 miles on them. Discount tire did me a solid and let me return TWO of them. They rode great, and were pretty quiet.

I went with a 20" setup after doing the mopar lift. I wanted a 34" tire without getting into an LT and the only tire that let me come close was a 305/55/20.

I will do them both for 650, which is about 150 off new price. Can deliver someplace in FL.

did you sell those two yet?

I went with milestar patigonia MT tires. 33x12.50r22
I added a ReadyLift 3.5 SST lift but I think I should have stayed with at 2” level and keep some of the stock ride. Tires are great and very little noise compared to other MTs I have used.

I just put 33x12.5r22 on mine. I went with a Kenda Klevar RT. I also leveled 1.5”. Not a fan of the nor cal look, wanted a bit of rake, I have about .5” fender to fender. Tires ride and handle great but noisier than ridge grappler I have run on a newer f150. Truck looks great so I’ll live with the noise . My crappy pic doesn’t do it justice. 20EEA043-9471-4CF6-AC68-5A8E82CA68FD.jpeg2AA27534-9B5F-4260-B39E-666577E95044.jpeg

Bump for more pics of OE 22" wheels with stock suspension and non-stock tires.

what leveling kit did you use, I'm looking for a 1.5" leveling kit.

They have been on for roughly a year now, and around 20,000 KMs…

There was definitely a change in sound when going from oem to these. But now I don’t notice the difference.

I don’t have anything bad to say. Living in SW Ontario, they had a bit of a winter taste, and had no issues on that front
The most “off road” I do are dirt roads to a campsite or kayak launch spot.
