So new truck is on order. Was going to sell truck when new one was ready. Son said he wanted my truck, but wanted the "Dad" deal. Asked me if he could have it for what I owe, not what its worth. Of course I said ok son and within a few days he hands me a check from the bank. He didn't do to bad for a 21 year old and got 4.6%. I told him get ready for an insurance rate hike! So now the wait really begins, as I didnt really care when the truck was ready when I had one!

Wow, nice dad. Does he know whay the registration is gonna be?

I probably would do the same thing if I were asked. Congrats on the new order!

My 12 year old daughter asks me every week if she can have my TRX when she turns 16.
Hard no.
I feel that, my almost 16 year old son thinks that just because I drive the twin turbo '68 Dodge Dart on the street sometimes that he can buy it from me for a daily driver. He is pretty into racing motorcycles and understands the prices and what goes into that...but I have failed to transfer that knowledge to 4 wheel conveyance
