No Sirius on my 2022 3500

I did some searching on the forum and other groups but still don't see an answer.

I have FM, AM, BT, USB options, but no Sirius. The funny thing is I got an email from them saying my subscription had started.

I'm wondering if FCA didn't provision it. Is this something a dealer can update and fix?

They might have left it in dealer mode so it's not showing up. I know when I got my Rebel the salesman came out and did a few thing with radio to get it activated.
