Hi,
I installed the PAC ANC CH01 bypass on my 2022 Ram 1500 and now my radio is playing no sound, doesn't allow volume adjustment or station change. Has anyone experienced this and what's the fix?

I have tried soft reset, battery terminal disconnect and drain. I'm not sure what else to try.

Thanks in advance

did you try to remove the anc to see if everything returns to normal? maybe the anc is defective
I did not because it worked before as far as I could tell. I'm not sure how to test it's functionality. Is there a way to reset/test it?

If you call the number on the PAC manual, they’ll answer your questions over the phone . The first thing you should post here (after you try disconnecting) it is to double check the wiring connections and post what wire colors were attached to which wires and where you made the connections.

I believe there are different harnesses based on what radio and speaker set up you have. Need to make sure you are using the correct harness

I have the white & white/black from my PAC LOC LP7-2 soldered to solid green in the PAC bypass and grey & grey/black from LOC into green/black of the harness. About to call PAC and see what's up.

Maybe after the fact, but I have just ordered the PAC AP4-CH41 for my '22 1500 and there is a different harness you have to use than the one that comes with it. Ordered mine from Crutchfield for 45.00. This is the one on their site. PAC APH-CH42 AmpPro Harness
