We don't have inspections just emissions in Phoenix and Tucson. When you go thru emissions they only care about you meeting the emssions requirements and nothing else.

Nice. In Iowa we can't put anything on the fronts. The factory tints are already bumping up against the legal limit of 70% visibility.
