No Key Detected

I just had this happen today on my 2025. Went in to a customer for about an hour, came out and got the no key fob detected message. I disconnected both of the batteries and it still wouldn't recognize it. I called in to our local Ram dealer to set up an appointment and get a tow and it magically started as I was talking to the Service person.

This comes after it was completely dead two weeks ago and had both batteries replaced. I'm getting to a point that I'm afraid to drive this thing anywhere.
I haven't had it happen for a while now (knock on wood) but last time it happened I tried the credit card key you get in the 25's and it started right away.

I keep it in my wallet with me all the time now.

What model do you have? I don't have a credit card key, but I only have the Bighorn trim.

Mine is a Tungsten, so I guess I'm not sure which ones come with the card or not?

Ironically, I bought mine out in SD! The dealership didn't tell me the card existed, I found it in the glove box when I got home.

Did you have to do anything to the card to make it work, or does it work just as you get it?

Similar problem. The dealer replaced the RF hub. Since then the issue has not happened again.

Nothing. You just take it out of the sealed bag and place it in the left side phone charging station (there is a small card icon there) and it will start the truck with that credit card in that spot with no fob.
