My sister in law got a 19 Ram a few weeks ago and it is already giving her issues. It's getting cold here in Michigan, and sure enough when she starts the truck the heat does not work. No matter what button you press, nothing happens. The climate screen just shows that its "off", and does not do anything. After 15 minutes or so, it decides to work. Has this happened to anybody else or does anybody have any incite before she takes it to the dealer? Thanks!!

Not sure if this is applicable, but the manual says it will blow on low until warms up and switches to AUTO.

"To provide you with maximum comfort in the Automatic
mode during cold start-ups, the blower fan will remain on
low until the engine warms up. The blower will increase in
speed and transition into Auto mode"

Unfortunately it does not turn on at all. It's some sort of glitch.
