Got up to go to work started my Ram 1500 Bighorn and nothing where the digital speedometer is. Was late figure I'll deal with it later. Put in R backed out of driveway put in D it acted like it was in neutral. Shut off restarted notice flashing above D when in that gear. No go. Check ,2wd it was in. So got a tow coming to take to dealer. ,,,987 miles and ,3 weeks old just had dealer do oil change. I'll post what happens.

I thought about all the problems I saw on Internet and convinced myself. That won't happen to me. Lol

Same thing happened to me in a parking lot on my month old 2025, no instrument cluster and when shifted out of reverse would not go into drive. Finally got it into drive and took to dealer. They advised could not look at it until the next week and couldn't give me a loaner. They did hook it up and got 7 warnings about the cluster not communicating with the PCM. Truck would not go into drive while sitting in their service area but after 15 minutes of shutting off and on it finally went in. Drove it home using Google Maps as the speedo. Went back out to the truck a little later and everything was back. Has not done it since, but I am just waiting for it to happen again. Called Stellantis and was got a case number and was advised would be contacted within 24 hours about rental. Surprise Surprise, I never received that call....

I did post on Reddit and two other people advised they had the same issue and when they took it to the dealer, apparently in both cases they were advised that it was a loose connection. Not sure I believe that though, this could just be what Stellantis has advised for them to tell us why they MAYBE are trying to find out what is actually wrong...

What a cluster
