No airflow from floor vents

Only been using the Auto air since I got the truck but noticed my feet were getting kinda cold, Switched it to Floor and zero air flow from the vents. The air shoots out the window defrost vents instead of floor...
Dealership had to order a new Heater Box, Flaps were stuck and wouldn't open right... First 19 they have had to fix so far for this

I have had the exact same issue with my 2018 Eco Diesel 1500. Did the fix work? I did notice I get a very small amount of airflow from the floor vents when I put it on dash/floor combo, but when I put it on floor only it all comes out of the defrost vents.

Also I worry about them pulling apart the dash because it seems like the dealers can never get stuff put back together as well as the manufacturer. Did you pickup any rattles?
