My parts have finally arrived. I will be installing in the next few weeks and will provide some pictures and feedback for anyone who wants some information.
I ordered the Bilstein 6112 kit which has the thicker springs and adjustable struts which will provide me with 2inches of level to fit my new wheels. I ordered Toyo open country AT3s 285x60R20 with 20x10 fuel rebel 6 rims in black.
