Picked up a 2021 Laramie with 7800mi. Want to dechrome a little. Will likely take off tow hooks and plastic handle covers. Truck came with borla exhaust and modified air filter. I'm not familiar with this brand, but is it Mopar? Are the Hemi orange covers stock?

That's a vararam intake, not Mopar but a solid aftermarket brand. Congrats on the truck.

That’s odd they left the factory air box in there.

If you remove the tow hooks I would most likely buy them off you

Hemi orange on the cover is not stock. Congratulations on the truck.

I second that. If your local I would buy your tow hooks, and give you my blanked off inserts.

Not that familiar with CAI. How often does filter need cleaning? Does this CAI void any warranty?

It’s based off driving conditions, dusty areas and miles. Under normal conditions I personally would just clean it every other oil change. Unless I noticed it getting extra dirty.

Previous owner add ons are nice. Full weathertec mats including bed liner and this tonneau cover which I'm not sure is stock Ram cover.

As mentioned, Vararam intake. One of the best intakes IMO. Not sure why they left the factory airbox on passenger side though. The orange covers over the coil packs are also not stock and also not a cheap part to buy. If you ever want to part with them, I would take them off your hands. Lol.

On the intake, double check it was put on right or wasn't messed with during pre-sale inspection by the dealership. Check that all the hose clamps are on tight, from the throttle body back in case something was accidentally left loose, pay special attention around the air filter where it meets the housing, you don't want to be introducing unfiltered dirty air into the engine.

Nice truck and congrats!

Anyone think these rims would look good? Venomrex. My nephew is selling them for good price. I'm downsizing the stock 22" wheels to 20" and am considering the venoms.

Had another question about changing tires/rims. The current 22" are fitted with 285/45/22. I'm going to drop down to a 20" and not sure if I should stick with same width or drop to a 275. I know there's no right or wrong answer and most 1500's that have 20" rims seem to go with a 275 width. I was thinking the truck would look better with the 285. thanks.

I don't think it will make a big difference between 275 and 285. It's only 5mm on each side. You probably have a better selection on the 275's

Oh yeah, those rims would definitely look good on there

Anyone know what the offset is on the 22" stockers? Looks like it's 19.1. Want to go with a 0 offset rim. Will I need spacers or anything else?

Yep, offset is +19 on the OEM wheels
