I only did a couple of searches, and I'm sure the answers are here - I just didn't find them quickly. Hoping someone here can help.

I am coming off the Uconnect trial period, and was scheduled to go start paying for the Assistance Package tomorrow. I went to my Dashboard to double check, and all of the information about my trials and upcoming plans are gone. It shows that Ram Connect is Active, but when I click on View Details it goes to a new screen that shows Available Services (which currently are Connected Personal Account and Virtual Assistant, neither of which I use). All of the info about Safety and Security Package, Vehicle Performance Package, Assistance Package, Connected Navigation Package, etc. are all missing. There is nothing about my subscriptions/packages - whether it's what is currently active, or what I could buy.

I read that this month (July) Stellantis is going to a new "simpler" subscription setup with only two plans, Connect ONE and Connect Wifi PLUS. Connect ONE is supposed to be free for 10 years, but Wifi PLUS is $18/month. I like remote start, so I'd have to pay for the Wifi PLUS package. Nice of them to tuck that one feature into the higher end plan. I really have no use for a WiFi hub.....
I noticed my phone app went to 1.98.4 in the last couple of days.
My question is - has anyone found where we can get info on our current packages and/or how to buy the new package to ensure features like remote start stay active?

Thank you. Yes, those are the old plans. If I follow the links to get into my account, the subscription info is all missing. I'll probably have to call them. Not sure if this is just an issue for me, or if everyone is experiencing this.

You will probably get an email saying your trial period is over. Call the number on the email and they can talk through the plans. There is a plan for just the app with the remote start and I think it was the cheapest option.

I was able to get a little further today. In addition to seeing the "old" packaged that I have, including the renewed Assistance package, there are two new ones (and this doesn't jibe 100% with last week's article about this change).

The remove vehicle operations service is the same in both plans, but the details are thin:

I used to love the Remote Start when I didn't work close to my vehicle in the winter time, but that was the only time.

That was pretty much it for me. But now I'm trying to let it warm up until it idles down to 700 rpm, which takes about 60 seconds. It's really not a long time, but I like being able to start it when I walk out of work, store, etc, and let it warm up while I'm on my way to the truck. Then I'm not sitting there in the seat just waiting.

Yeah guys at work used to hate I'm driving away as they're just getting out there to clean off and warm up. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: Now my truck sits outside the window in front of me at work.

I have a '22 ram 2500 laramie. my remote start works fine. is it supposed to stop at some point and then I will have to pay a monthly charge? I have not heard anything from Ram about that. I do know folks with other brands of vehicles that now have to pay a monthly fee for stuff like that. sucks for sure. I have also read of ford and gm going to a plan where the actual software to run your vehicle has to be renewed after a few years for an annual fee like windoze has done with some of their apps.

Remote start from the App costs, not the actual remote start from fob. If that's what you're talking about.
