New truck put in drive, no action until gas and then clunk!

A couple times now, I've put the truck into drive after starting it, and it acts like it's still in Park, like it won't start rolling or anything. Then if you give it a little gas, all the sudden, it clunks and starts going.. kinda like a neutral drop

Has this happened to anyone else?
